Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our sales team. Sales Agents play a critical role in driving daily sales, ensuring strong brand visibility, and maintaining excellent product presentation in supermarket outlets. The job holder will be based in the assigned supermarket.
This role directly contributes to the company’s growth through increased sales, customer engagement, and effective product promotion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a sales agent, your role will include, and not limited to;
– Actively engage with shoppers in supermarkets to promote and sell Global Tilapia products.
– Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
– Ensure products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and in line with brand standards.
– Monitor product quality and freshness daily, reporting any concerns immediately.
– Engage with shoppers to provide correct information on product benefits, answer customer questions, and offer exceptional service.
– Participate in in-store promotions, tastings, and other marketing activities.

Minimal Qualifications:

1. Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing or a related field.
2. 2–3 years’ experience as a promoter, merchandiser, or sales agent.
3. Prior experience as a merchandiser/sales agent in FMCG is an added advantage.

3. Strong customer care and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Working requirements:

1. Must hold a valid Food Handler’s Certificate.
2. Flexibility to work on weekends
3. Comfortable working in busy retail environments.
